RemedyOne Adds More Thought Leaders to Help Lead the Company’s New Approach to Healthcare

Beckie Fenrick and Rose Mongillo are the latest wave of healthcare talent to join RemedyOne’s quest to revitalize healthcare, improve outcomes and deliver greater value for every dollar spent.

Collinsville, CT (April, 3, 2018) – Beckie Fenrick and Rose Mongillo are bringing their decades of experience to RemedyOne’s ongoing drive to improve how we deliver and pay for healthcare in the U.S. The two recently joined the industry disruptor as its rapid growth and new view of healthcare continues to attract top talent.

“We are thrilled that these talented individuals share our excitement and vision of RemedyOne and are bringing their experience and talent to deliver for our customers,” says Michael Waterbury, RemedyOne’s Chief Executive Officer. “Beckie and Rose are great examples of outstanding professionals who know there’s a better way to deliver on healthcare for everyone involved. They will help us continue to break through barriers and create a more efficient, transparent and outcome-focused system where every participant can do better.”

As companies large and small talk about healthcare challenges, RemedyOne is already taking tangible steps to solve them. In under three years, the company has experienced explosive growth with clients in multiple segments of the industry – health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, employers, TPAs and healthcare brokers.  RemedyOne has created and delivered real solutions that have improved how drugs are administered and paid for its clients.

As a senior partner in RemedyOne’s consulting practice, Beckie Fenrick will rethink better ways for customers to handle rebates, ASO business and overall pharmacy operations. “The key to career success in most healthcare companies is to not make waves, and that’s a shame,” Beckie says. “That leaves people like me balancing what needs to be done with what can be done. That’s not the case at RemedyOne. I’m looking forward to leveraging my experience to help RemedyOne move its game-changing agenda forward.”

As Vice President of Contracting and Strategy, Rose Mongillo will negotiate market leading contracts for RemedyOne and its customers. “I’m excited about joining RemedyOne and having the opportunity to create real and meaningful change,” says Rose. “I’ll be able to bring an entirely new dimension to my discussions with drug companies as we work to lower costs and really redefine how we all work together for better solutions.”

“These recent additions of dynamic, energetic people make me proud to lead RemedyOne,” Waterbury says. “It shows me we are getting our message out that if you are talented and want a career where your ability to lead change is valued and rewarded, you should come to RemedyOne. What we’re doing here isn’t easy, but it’s important and it is changing how literally millions of Americans receive healthcare.”
